Services

  • Spinal Manipulative Therapy: Hands-on treatment focused on restoring proper joint motion in the spine and extremities to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support optimal nervous system function. Spinal manipulation helps patients move more comfortably and efficiently.

  • Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM):  A targeted soft-tissue treatment using specialized instruments to reduce adhesions, improve tissue quality, and restore healthy movement patterns. Beneficial for muscle tightness, scar tissue, and overuse injuries.

  • Dry Needling:  A precise technique using thin, sterile needles to release trigger points, reduce muscular tension, improve range of motion and to accelerate healing. Effective for chronic pain, muscle tightness, and sports-related injuries.

  • Radial Pressure Wave Therapy (also known as Radial Shockwave Therapy):  A non-invasive modality that uses acoustic pressure waves to reduce pain, promote healing, and improve function.  Radial pressure wave therapy has been found to stimulate and increase blood flow (microcirculation), stimulate cell metabolism, tissue repair and growth factors and overall promotion of body's natural healing response. Particularly effective for chronic soft-tissue injuries and tendon-related conditions.

  • Cervical & Lumbar Spine Traction (Decompression):  Mechanical decompression that gently stretches the spine to reduce nerve pressure, improve mobility, and relieve pain. Often used for disc-related and arthritic conditions, radiculopathy, and persistent spinal stiffness.

  • Rehabilitative Exercise:  Individualized rehabilitative and corrective exercise programs designed to restore strength, stability, and functional movement patterns. These programs support recovery, prevent re-injury, and improve long-term movement quality.

  • Neuromuscular Re-education and Vestibular Therapy for Vertigo:  A therapeutic approach that retrains movement patterns and restores coordination between the nervous system and musculature. Essential for improving balance, stability, and functional movement efficiency.

  • Nutritional Counseling:  Evidence influenced nutritional and hydration guidance tailored to support recovery, reduce inflammation, improve body composition, promote overall health and improve athletic performance. Recommendations are individualized to align with patient goals and lifestyle.

  • Strength & Conditioning Training:  Performance-focused training designed to improve strength, mobility, endurance, and resilience by focusing on movement patterning. Ideal for active individuals and athletes seeking to enhance performance while reducing injury risk.
